- 1 cup granulated sugar

Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Add to the wet mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.
- In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar for coating.
- Roll dough into small balls and gently coat each one in cinnamon sugar.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool slightly and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- For softer cookies, chill the dough for 15–30 minutes before rolling.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3–4 days.
- You can double the cinnamon sugar coating for a stronger cinnamon punch.
