Description

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Add to the wet mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar for coating.
  6. Roll dough into small balls and gently coat each one in cinnamon sugar.
  7. Place on the baking sheet and bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
  8. Cool slightly and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
