Christmas Morning Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bake is a warm, festive breakfast casserole designed to bring the whole family together on Christmas morning with fluffy eggs, melty cheese, flaky biscuits, and crispy turkey bacon baked in a single dish.

- 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits, cut into quarters
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced green onions for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Scatter the biscuit pieces evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- Sprinkle chopped turkey bacon over the biscuits.
- Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the biscuit layer.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then top with green onions if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- You can use regular bacon if turkey bacon isn’t available.
- Mozzarella is optional for extra melty texture.
- Leftovers refrigerate well for 2–3 days and can be reheated in the microwave or oven.
- For make-ahead, assemble the casserole the night before and refrigerate; bake the next morning (add a few extra minutes if cold).
