Description

Christmas Butter Toffee Pretzels are the ultimate festive snack—sweet, crunchy, salty, and totally addictive.


Ingredients

  • 5 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup holiday sprinkles or crushed candy canes
  • Optional: ½ cup melted chocolate (white or dark) for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread pretzels evenly over the baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes, stirring often, until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
  5. Pour hot toffee mixture evenly over the pretzels and toss lightly to coat.
  6. Bake for 5–7 minutes until bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and add sprinkles (or drizzle with melted chocolate).
  8. Let cool completely before breaking into clusters.

Notes

  • For best results, scatter festive sprinkles immediately after toffee comes out of the oven.
  • Let the toffee set completely before breaking into clusters for crisp edges.
