Christmas Butter Toffee Pretzels are the ultimate festive snack—sweet, crunchy, salty, and totally addictive.
Ingredients

- 5 cups mini pretzels
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup holiday sprinkles or crushed candy canes
- Optional: ½ cup melted chocolate (white or dark) for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread pretzels evenly over the baking sheet.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes, stirring often, until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
- Pour hot toffee mixture evenly over the pretzels and toss lightly to coat.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove from oven and add sprinkles (or drizzle with melted chocolate).
- Let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
Notes
- For best results, scatter festive sprinkles immediately after toffee comes out of the oven.
- Let the toffee set completely before breaking into clusters for crisp edges.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
