Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
- 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, and maple syrup until smooth.
- 3. Fold in the shredded zucchini.
- 4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

- 7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
