- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups dark or milk chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix strawberries, yogurt, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
- Spoon small clusters onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze for 15–20 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip or drizzle the frozen clusters with melted chocolate, coating fully if desired.
- Return to the freezer for 10 minutes until set.
- Store clusters in the freezer and let sit 1–2 minutes before eating.
