- ½ cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon nut butter (any type)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Soak dates in warm water if dry, then drain.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Blend until well combined and sticky.
- Roll into balls (about 1 tbsp each).
- Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use soft Medjool dates for easier blending.
- Swap almond flour for oat flour if desired.
