- 1 ½ lbs gluten-free french fries (frozen or fresh)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked turkey bacon bits
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to french fry package directions, usually 425°F (220°C).
- Spread fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until crispy and golden, about 25 to 30 minutes.
- While fries bake, season the cooked chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Warm in a skillet for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove fries from oven and transfer to an oven-safe dish if desired.
- Top evenly with seasoned chicken and turkey bacon bits.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Return to oven for 5 to 8 minutes until cheese is fully melted.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the hot fries and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Gluten-free option if using GF fries and ranch dressing from GF brand.
- Omit turkey bacon to make it vegetarian (or use vegetarian bacon bits).
- Best served immediately for crispy fries.
- You can add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra heat.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days; reheat in the oven.
