Description

A rich, creamy chicken skillet made with Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese—perfect for a quick and flavorful dinner.


Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs)

½ cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)

Fresh thyme or parsley, for garnish


Instructions

Season and sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and sauté garlic. Deglaze with chicken broth. Stir in Boursin cheese, cream, and mustard until smooth. Return chicken to skillet and simmer. Garnish and serve.

Notes

Use chicken thighs for extra tenderness. Dijon mustard adds depth but is optional. Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, or crusty bread for a complete meal.
