Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls: a creamy, indulgent fusion of Alfredo pasta and chicken tucked into crispy garlic bread bowls for a comforting dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 small round bread loaves or large rolls
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 cups cooked halal chicken breast, diced or shredded
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan (halal-certified)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (halal-certified)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the bread loaves and hollow out the centers, leaving thick sides.
  2. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush inside and outside of the bread bowls. Place on a baking sheet and bake 8–10 minutes until lightly crisp.
  3. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and milk. Simmer gently 3–4 minutes.
  6. Add Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  7. Fold in cooked pasta and chicken until well coated.
  8. Spoon Alfredo mixture into the toasted bread bowls.
  9. Top with mozzarella and bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy immediately.
