Description

Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage is a hearty one-skillet meal loaded with bold flavor, melty cheese, and smoky goodness.


Ingredients

1 lb smoked sausage (sliced), 2 lbs baby potatoes (quartered), 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 packet ranch seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp black pepper, 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped), nonstick spray or butter for greasing


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss potatoes with oil and seasonings. Add sausage, mix, and transfer to greased dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, stir, top with cheese, and bake uncovered 10–15 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Customize with your favorite sausage or veggies. For extra crispiness, broil the top for 2 minutes after baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
