Ingredients

  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped halal turkey ham or turkey bacon
  • Optional garnish: green onions or parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced potatoes, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook potatoes for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy.
  3. Add chopped halal turkey ham or turkey bacon and cook for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low and pour eggs into the skillet.
  6. Gently scramble until eggs are just set and fluffy.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and let it melt.
  8. Remove from heat, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
