- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chopped halal turkey ham or turkey bacon
- Optional garnish: green onions or parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced potatoes, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook potatoes for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy.
- Add chopped halal turkey ham or turkey bacon and cook for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and pour eggs into the skillet.
- Gently scramble until eggs are just set and fluffy.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and let it melt.
- Remove from heat, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add a splash more milk or a dollop of sour cream after cooking.
- Can substitute halal turkey ham with mushrooms or diced chicken sausage for variations.
