  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • Fresh chives or green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet or pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and onion is soft. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Stir in sour cream and milk until creamy and combined.
  4. Layer thinly sliced potatoes over the beef mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
