- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and seasoning.
- Brush dough with butter mixture, add cheeses, and roll tightly.
- Brush tops with remaining butter and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with optional marinara sauce for dipping.

- Try different cheeses like cheddar or provolone.
- Use garlic powder if fresh garlic isn’t available.
- Add crushed red pepper for a spicy twist.
- Best served fresh but can be reheated in a toaster oven.
