- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the pan. Bake 10 minutes and cool slightly.
- In a skillet, cook apples with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg for 6–8 minutes until tender. Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over crust.
- Spoon apple mixture evenly over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake 45–50 minutes until the center is just set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before slicing into bars.

- For cleaner cuts, chill the bars thoroughly before slicing.
- Use room-temperature ingredients for smoother filling.
