Buffalo Chicken Sliders: Spicy, cheesy, and baked to melty perfection—these halal-friendly sliders are perfect for game day, parties, or easy family dinners.

- 9 slider buns
- 3 cups cooked shredded halal chicken
- ½ cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar (halal-certified)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place bottom halves in the baking dish.
- Spread buffalo chicken evenly over the buns and top with shredded cheese.
- Place the top buns on and brush with melted butter mixed with olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 8–10 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with parsley or green onions if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use halal-certified chicken and cheese to keep the recipe Halal-friendly.
- Adjust heat by adding more or less Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce.
- Assemble up to a day ahead and refrigerate (unbaked); bake when ready.
- Leftovers refrigerate well for 2–3 days.
