Instructions

- Cook halal sausage in a skillet until browned, then let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined.
- Fold in sausage and cheese (and optional veggies).
- Divide the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving or storing for meal prep.
