Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked halal turkey sausage or turkey bacon
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers or green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a round pizza pan or baking dish.
  2. Toss hash browns with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Press hash browns firmly into the pan, forming an evenly thick crust.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Meanwhile, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  6. Lightly scramble eggs in a skillet until just set.
  7. Remove crust from oven and lower temperature to 400°F (200°C).
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella over crust, add scrambled eggs, turkey sausage or turkey bacon, and vegetables.
  9. Top with cheddar cheese and bake 8–10 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
