- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 6 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked halal turkey sausage or turkey bacon
- ¼ cup diced bell peppers or green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a round pizza pan or baking dish.
- Toss hash browns with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Press hash browns firmly into the pan, forming an evenly thick crust.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Lightly scramble eggs in a skillet until just set.
- Remove crust from oven and lower temperature to 400°F (200°C).
- Sprinkle mozzarella over crust, add scrambled eggs, turkey sausage or turkey bacon, and vegetables.
- Top with cheddar cheese and bake 8–10 minutes until melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve warm.

- Hash browns should be squeezed dry to remove moisture for a crisp crust.
