Description
Blueberry Swirl Yogurt Bites are cool, creamy frozen snacks that are naturally sweet and kid-friendly.
Ingredients

- 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat blueberries over medium until they release juices and soften, about 5–7 minutes. Mash slightly and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone mold.
- Spoon small dollops of yogurt onto the sheet.
- Add a small spoonful of blueberry puree on top of each.
- Use a toothpick to gently swirl.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
- Store in a sealed container in the freezer.
Notes
- Make ahead and freeze for easy snacks on warm days.
- For easier removal, use parchment paper and a silicone mold.
- Store frozen bites in an airtight container up to 1 month.
- You can adjust sweetness by using more or less honey.
