  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a 9×13 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until lightly golden and set.
  7. Whisk powdered sugar, maple syrup, milk, and maple extract until smooth.
  8. Spread glaze over warm donut bars.
  9. Let set before slicing into bars.
