Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, eggs, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients. Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  4. Lightly oil your hands or use a scoop to shape the dough into 8–10 rolls and place them in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm spot for 30–40 minutes until puffy.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Bake the rolls for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown on top.
  8. Brush warm rolls with melted butter before serving.
