Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and cream cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
