- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 1/2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional: sliced green onions, extra BBQ sauce, or pickles
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix coleslaw mix, mayo, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spoon BBQ chicken down the center of each tortilla.
- Add a generous scoop of coleslaw on top.
- Drizzle extra BBQ sauce if desired.
- Roll tightly into wraps and slice in half to serve.
Notes
- To lighten, use light mayo or Greek yogurt in place of half the mayo.
- Leftover wraps can be stored separately for 1-2 days; assemble just before serving for best texture.
- Feel free to add sliced green onions, pickles, or extra BBQ sauce for more tang or crunch.
