Description

BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps are a quick, fresh, and flavorful lunch option featuring tender BBQ chicken wrapped in crunchy, creamy coleslaw.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: sliced green onions, extra BBQ sauce, or pickles

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix coleslaw mix, mayo, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  4. Spoon BBQ chicken down the center of each tortilla.
  5. Add a generous scoop of coleslaw on top.
  6. Drizzle extra BBQ sauce if desired.
  7. Roll tightly into wraps and slice in half to serve.

Notes

  • To lighten, use light mayo or Greek yogurt in place of half the mayo.
  • Leftover wraps can be stored separately for 1-2 days; assemble just before serving for best texture.
  • Feel free to add sliced green onions, pickles, or extra BBQ sauce for more tang or crunch.
