Description

These banana pudding cookies are soft, chewy, and bursting with banana flavor and white chocolate chips. Perfect for any dessert table!


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets.
  2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  3. Mix in pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Stir in white chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough onto sheets and bake 10–12 minutes.
  7. Cool on pan, then transfer to wire rack.
