- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Mix in pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto sheets and bake 10–12 minutes.
- Cool on pan, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
- Do not overbake; cookies firm up while cooling.
- Chill dough for thicker cookies.
- Substitute chocolate chips if preferred.
- Store in airtight container up to 5 days.
