- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs until well combined.
- Stir in cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in optional vegetables if using.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 22–25 minutes until eggs are set and lightly golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
