Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs until well combined.
  3. Stir in cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in optional vegetables if using.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake uncovered for 22–25 minutes until eggs are set and lightly golden on top.
