  • ¼ cup honey or brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • Optional garnish: sliced green onions, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper until just combined.
  2. Roll mixture into bite-sized meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs evenly in the crockpot.
  4. In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and cornstarch slurry.
  5. Pour sauce over the meatballs and gently stir to coat.
