  • 1/4 cup raisins or chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
  3. Fold in diced apples, and add oats or raisins if using.
  4. Pour mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake 35–40 minutes, or until set in the center and lightly golden.
