- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tail on or off)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Add the grated parmesan and gently mix to coat the shrimp.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through, until shrimp are pink, opaque, and golden-crisp.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Shrimp cook quickly in the air fryer; adjust time for smaller or larger shrimp.
- Leftovers refrigerate well for up to 2 days.
- If you prefer extra crisp, increase time by 1–2 minutes in 1-minute increments.
