- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until shrimp are pink and slightly crisp.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
- Enjoy immediately over rice, pasta, or with a side of veggies!
