- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of panko, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through (internal temp should reach 165°F/74°C).
- Spoon marinara sauce over each piece, then sprinkle with mozzarella. Return to air fryer and cook 2–3 more minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately with pasta, salad, or steamed veggies.
