Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup cooked turkey sausage or halal pepperoni, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped bell peppers or mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil spray
  • Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut into 4 equal rectangles or circles.
  3. On one half of each piece, spread a spoonful of pizza sauce, then layer cheese, turkey sausage or halal pepperoni, and any desired veggies.
  4. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, then fold over the dough and pinch edges to seal.
  5. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
