Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, almond butter, cocoa powder, and maple syrup. Stir until smooth and fully blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is set and edges pull slightly away from the sides.
- Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
