Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash bananas until mostly smooth.
  3. Stir in the maple syrup until well combined.
  4. Add oat flour and baking soda; stir until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  5. Transfer batter to prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
